Hi,

are there any procedures available to support tracing objects that
were recorded with a video camera. The camera frames will be
transferred to a video disk and translated to gif format.

The objects of interest will have a marker to help tracing. Hopefully
I can get the marker a few pixels in size. The shape will be circular
to get rid of any rotation of the objects; I'm not interested in that.

I'm sure this problem has already been solved somewhere. Are
there any pointers ?
