Hi;

I am trying to mosaic several astronomical images (in FITS format). The
images have both overlapping and missing regions. Before starting to write
the code, I thought I'd better find out whether some body out there has
either written such a procedure or know of its existence.

I looked at the Astronomical User Library and didn't see such a routine. I
may have missed it or I may have an older version of that library.

Any help will be greatly appreciated.
