Sure. I put all my routines in a file:

$ head list

.run break_path.pro
.run axis_range.pro
.run check_chan.pro
.run clear_plots.pro
[. . .]
save, /routines, filename='idl.lib'


Then from IDL type:

IDL> @list
--
