Has anyone ever seen a compound widget to choose a date graphically.

You would click a button and a calender comes up so you can pick at date
graphically, so the user doesn't need to remember the exact format to use in
an edit box.

I know I could write it fairly easily but I'm sure someone , somewhere has
already done this.

Thanks in advance,

When I woke up this morning my girlfriend asked me, "Did you
sleep good?" I said, "No, I made a few mistakes."
