Not directly. The best that you can do is to use wided to produce the
widgets, including the pull down menu widgets, and then hack the code that
is generated to give yourself the menu bar. By the way, the code that
wided generates works but is pretty putrid. Wided is fairly useful as a
training tool to see how certain widgets will look.
