Dear all,

probably there is a very simple solution to this problem. I would like
to obtain the locations of the tick marks / the tick interval after
performing a plot, without specifying these parameters beforehand.
Unfortunately, the ![xyz].tickinterval variable (and others) only
contain zeros. How can I do this?
