Has anyone written a dlm for networking via the UDP protocol? I have a
feature request logged with ITT for this but as it has been a couple of
years and I suspect it is pretty far down on their "to-do" list.

Our instrumentation communicates via UDP, I have a large project where
IDL would fit well, and I have a *little* bit of time to sell IDL as the
solution. I can of course write one, but I'll probably burn all of my
time just doing that :(
