Hi.

I have just installed IDL 6.1 on the last kubuntu release. The
instalation did not retreived any error message, but when i try to run
commands like plot the message came out:
Segmentation fault (core dumped)
and the program stops inmediately.

Does any one know what is going on??

Ciao and thanks

I was facing the same problem while creating a contour of a 2 D array. I followed the above steps. But the web address, 'download.fedora.redhat.com' cannot be resolved. Can anyone please suggest any other solution ?!
