full search path for idlwave-create-user-catalog-file ? [message #54744]

I'm finally trying to switch my habits from using tags files to
idlwave library catalogs, but I'm having trouble trying to figure out
how to use it. The docs say that idlwave-create-user-catalog-file
will give me a list of the directories in the IDL search path, but it
doesn't include them all. It seems to include only those explicitly
in !PATH, so the current working directory is not included. Is there
a fix for that?
