AARRRGGG! The supposedly improved version of EXPAND.PRO posted today
does not produce the same results as older versions. The new version does not
trim the "bad data" region properly. IDL-wizards may want to figure out why
it does not work (I sure looks like it should to me). First one to explain why
it should not work and propose a fix will get the IDL-Hacker-of-the-day award.
