IDL start very slow, if the network changed [message #55782]

I have installed IDL 6.4 on my notebook(Debian Sid), when I am in
office and the idl in command line access mode starts very quick, but
when I in other place, for example home and start idl:
1. in command line access mode: very slow
2. idlde in gui mode: very quick
3. if I empty the /etc/resolv.conf, the idl in command line access
mode starst very quick.

Why does idl depend on the network, can you help me?
