If you have ENVI use class_doit...
Otherwise you're limited to unsupervised classification as far as i
see.
Since you have little a-priori information about your clusters
(visually) cluster weights may be equal for all clusters. does this
help in any way?

One other thing you could try would be to draw a histogram, maybe
smooth a little, find local minima, and cluster your data according to
that.

if you do not advance after a few tests you can send a small subset
(up to 2MB) to my mail.
