Hello,

I'm writing an IDL program that calls an external LAPACK routine for
decomposition of a matrix. I've compiled LAPACK with the options "-O3
-PIC -dalign".

My question is, since the passed array is a malloc'ed array from IDL,
it may not be aligned. Will this cause any problems with the linked
f77 objects, or does -dalign only affect access of variables allocated
within the fortran code itself?

Thanks in advance,

David.
