set_plot, 'ps'
device,filename='proj.eps',/encaps,/inches,xsize=4,ysize=2,b its=16
tvscl, p1, 0
tvscl, p2, 1
device, /close_file
set_plot, 'win'

On Windows OS, the code above can not put image p1, p2 (both are
256*256)
in the same proj.eps file, and there is only one.
But in " set_plot, 'win' " , it is true, when set the window as,
window, /free, xsize=512, ysize=256
