Bob,

Yes, I think a lot of users will want to always be in debug mode. The
"terminate" button (red square) lives in the debug view. We thought
about having just one perspective, but the "IDL" one is nice to have
because it's cleaner. It also, uhh, forces users to think about
perspectives. ;-) That's a good thing!

We imagine that folks will be creating new, custom perspectives that
best suit how they work. Note that if you drag on a view's tab you can
rearrange it relative to the other views or even tear it off into its
own, unattached window.
