This works very nicely, thank you. It seems to be limited to two,
whereas before you could have endless numbers of tabs open, but it
does help.

For the record, 'dynamic help' is substantially quicker than 'help' on
my windows machine, and now resides in my Fast View where 'help' once
sat. My beloved index is now only a click away. Thanks for this tip,
Vince!
