I haven't tested IDLWAVE yet with Emacs 23 CVS cuts... presumably
something small in the way they handle simple abbrevs. That said,
abbrevs aren't supposed to expand in strings or comments, so perhaps
the comment detection code has been messed up.

OK - thats more or less what I figured. I can easily disable abbrev
mode manually when working in comment blocks. Thanks
