Hi, there,

I am an newcomer to IDL world. I have several large datasets
needed to be processed. The dataset is 3D grid data (1902*2511)
like this

X Y Z

In someplaces Z are not sampled indicated by a large number 1.0e37.
Basicly I want to IDL to extrapolate the missing points around the
edge (since around the edge, the z are not sampled) and interpolate
them if the missing points are in the middle, i.e., there are sampled
data around them. Would any one here help me to write or send me a script
to perform the task. Please help by email. Many thanks.
