P.S. I've heard back from ITTVIS about this, and they are
as confused about this as we are. We did have a fruitful
discussion about the accuracy of map projections in general,
and how we really need to get *all* of these map projections
updated to the latest GCTP 3.0 release, at least. I'm told
if we stop reporting IDL 7 Workbench bugs they would have
some time to work on it. ;-)
