I am looking for a way to plot European and African province/state
boundaries in IDL. An example is Hessen or Westphalia in Germany. Is
there a map file and/or keyword in IDL that will allow me to do this?
I have been using map_continents to do my mapping thus far. Thanks in
advance for your response.
