no my product needs to be portable and i need to use the default IIS
ftp which is provided with windows....

@jeffnettless4

well i already know about the IDLneturl in 6.4 but to my badluck i'm
using idl 6.3 and can't ask them for an upgrade..

any other ideas or suggesstions would be appreciated..
