The example for CW_DEFROI given in the on-line help facility for
IDL/MSWindows Version 4.0.1 worked without errors on my PC.
Possibly, the problem you encountered, is specific to the
platform - or you tried out another example.
Further analysis would be facilitated if you could send the
source of the erroneous program.
