LOL, not if you have been up all night.
( I was too, but with nothing that bad, just a barfing kid).

Would someone be kind enough to tell me when it is safe to
update to version 7? These posts (over the past few months)
have scared me back to command line IDL. I've got too much
work to do, to waste time battling the workbench.

Cheers,
bob

Is 9AM too early to have a beer?

Cheers,

OK, all well with the world, again. Thank God for version
control (and the wits to use it!). That's the *last* time
I write programs at 2AM. :-(

Cheers,

David

!?!?!?!?

Bloody hell. I will include this anecdote in my Subversion tutorial to impress upon people
that using the "revert" or "resolved" subversion subcommands at 2am is A Very Bad Thing(tm).

My heart goes out to you for your loss. Really. Although, you seem to be handling it well....

cheers,

Aaahhha! This nightmare is worse than I thought. :-(

Sorry, I "resolved" things in the wrong way and completely
lost all the changes I had made, apparently. I'll have to
do this over, but I can't do it today. Bummer. Sorry.
Programmer bliss.

Cheers,

David

Oh, hang on. This version control system is *totally* screwing
me up here. I'm not working with the files I think I am working
on.

Let me get this sorted out. :-(

Cheers,

David
