In our radiotherapy department we want to install a central workplace where
radiographs are digitized and accessible from different places and computers
(e.g. treatment planning system, portal imaging device, virtual simulator).

Therefor I am looking for IDL procedures that supports the input and output of
DICOM formatted images.
