We are planning a field project this summer
and I have a request from the project leader.
He would like to add the DSMP and NOAA Polar
orbitor tracks over a geostationary satellite
projection.

What I would like to do is take the TLE
information for DMSP and NOAA satellites - make
latitude and longitude points, then added them
on a current GOES-8 image. I have IDL code to
work with the GOES data, but nothing yet for
DMSP or NOAA.

Does anyone have a program that takes the TLE
from DMSP and NOAA polar orbitors and produces
latitiude and longitude points?
