Anyone happen to have IDL code to read BUFR files?

Binary Universal Form for the Representation of meteorological data

(for "decoding WMO FM-94 BUFR code messages", and
converting between BUFR and CREX)

I have been taking a look at some data in that format.
There is some fortran libraries, but IDL would be more
convenient.
