I know that it has support for IDLdoc. If you right click in the text
editor, you can "Add Routine Comments" and "Add File Comments" which
will insert IDLdoc formatted comments into the text (and there is an
IDLdoc tab in the Preferences to control what goes in there). Also, if
you mouse over a routine call in an editor window where that routine
has an IDLdoc formatted header, the header will be nicely displayed in
the tooltip.
Not sure what else is in there, though.
