How come this happens:

IDL> setenv, "DISPLAY=vision:0"
IDL> window
% LICENSE MANAGER: Current license is not for the specified X Window display.
% Execution halted at: $MAIN$

however, if I exit IDL, set my DISPLAY variable and restart IDL it
allows it.

My understanding is that the License Manager should limit the machines
that IDL *runs* on, not the displays.
