I'm new to IDL and very reliant on the online help. Unfortunately I
don't have IDL installed locally, so I'm ssh-ing into another site.
Unfortunately that site forces me to first ssh into a login node, then
ssh into a box I can actually use. With all this ssh tunnelling going
on, sometimes when I do

IDL> ?

I get the help browser, and sometimes I don't--and the probably of
failure seems to increase with login time. I'm wondering, is there a
URI with the IDL 7 (or other recent version) help mounted statically?
