IDLers,

Before I set out and reinvent the wheel I decided to check and see if
any of you have done something similar.

I want a more robust ROI definition tool than what come w/ IDL. The
cw_defroi is a good start, but I want to be able to define the ROI and
then use the mouse to drag the ROI and reposition. Something like what
can be done with annotate.

If anyone has done this and wouldn't mind sharing code I'd greatly
appreciate it.
