hi.......

i'm trying to view the wind/WAVES idl save files. presently im viewing
the files in the following way
1. restore, 'filename'
2. view the array restored.

in that image i want to time in x axis in linear scale and frequency
in y axis in log scale, how to achieve it using
annotate function
some one please help me
