Colour buttons in an IDL widget...how? [message #6187] Mon, 29 April 1996 00:00

Hello,

I want to be able to create coloured buttons (i.e. red, blue, green etc..)
in IDL but am stumped on how to do it. The bitmapped buttons only allow
one bit per pixel, and I don't want to have to set different button
colours through resources (I work on IBM RS/6000's and SGIs).

Apologies in advance if this is a brain-dead question, but does
anyone out there have any hints/tips/answers?

thanx
