Well, I can't tell about rotation, but the image is certainly
not being positioned like you think it is, because you
have crippled TVIMAGE by setting the TV keyword. So
all the POSITION information is being ignored and it
is acting like the smart TV command ITTVIS should implement.

Try unsetting the TV keyword and see what happens.
