Am I imagining things, or did IDL use to have a regression command
that had forced-intercept capability? The only one I now see is in
the IDL Analyst add-on package. Anyone know if there is a user-
created linear or orthogonal regression package that allows for forced-
intercept calculation of regression parameters?
