I am wanting a package for looking at 3-D volumetric data. It would
seem to me that PV-Wave offers many more features for this than does
IDL, but I'm finding IDL (evaluation version) easier to use. Does
PV-Wave offer any facilities that IDL doesn't? Also, are there any
other packages that I should consider (running on WinNT/95)?
