TECHNICAL SERVICES
Consulting Engineer
Job Code: 96-018R-W
Responsibilities: Assists North American Sales Personnel in pre-sales
support activities of company products / training. Includes providing
answers to customer inquiries concerning system software and applications,
providing technical support in sales presentations, product demonstrations,
installations, employee and customer training, and ensures that the
software solutions function according to specifications.
Requirements: Four or more years in technical pre-sales support, post-sales
support, or software development. Previous work experience in conducting
training sessions and creating / presenting product demonstration. Software
industry background desirable. Travel is required up to 50% of the time.
