If you plan to ever write another DLM, then this book will pay for
itself in time saved!

If you were using VC++ 6.0 I could help you out, but unfortunately I
haven't used GDB. Looking at my copy of Ronn's book though, there are
5 or 6 pages of instructions for how to set up debugging on Unix :)
