I want read thousands of MODIS 16-day composite VI data, 12th band is
pixel reliablity data which tells a pixel is good if the reliability
is 0 or 1, 2 is snow, 3 is cloud, then NaN. If the pixel is not good,
I would go and check next image, and if the pixel is clear one, I
would replace the pixel in the 1st image. if both images in that month
is hazy, then I would replace the pixel value with the long term mean.

Can any one help me with any idea on that.
