I've just released an update to JBIU (v1.2). The main changes are the
addition of several new functions and procedures:

SPRSADD: Adds sparse matrix (as posted on this group last week).
ML_DISTFIT: Performs maximum likelihood fitting to a distribution.
ATANH: Calculates the arctanh function.
MATRIX2QUATERNION and QUAT2ROTAXIS: Routines for converting between
rotation matrices, quaternions, and rotation axes/angles.
SAVE_PLOTSYSVARS and RESTORE_PLOTSYSVARS: Saves and restores several
useful plotting system variables, mainly relating to line/character
thicknesses and sizes.
