Hi. I have a Motif GUI created under X11R5 on an HP 735 (HPUX 9.01) and
I use
callable IDL (IDL version 4) to create some plots. My question is: How
can I
get IDL to plot in one of my GUI windows instead of a separate IDL
window? IDL's
Advanced Development manual says that this is possible (pg 13-2 - 13-3)
but
neglects to mention how to actually do it. I attempted to ask RSI this
question,
but I found out that they wouldn't answer it because my employer isn't
paying
the $500 per IDL user fee that RSI requires in order to ask questions.
Any help
that anyone can give me on this problem will be greatly appreciated.
