Migrating from an XP machine I'm trying to operate IDL 6.0 under Vista
machine, under a personal (flexible) licence. In pasting in the
licence text when running IDL licence into the required box i get the
following error message:

For further information, refer to the FLEXlm End User Manual,

License file: C:\Program Files\RSI\\license\license.dat:C:\Program
Files\RSI\\license\*.lic
The directory/file into which the licence is pasted is exactly the
same as in the XP version and the text is exactly the same. However,
for some reason i'm getting this error. Anyone any ideas about what i
need to do to make this work in Vista?
