Well, if you are talking about the new version that is
"compatible with IDL 7", I can't get it to run in IDL 7
either. :-(

It seems to me the save file has the module RunFromIDL
inside it. But since we are trying to restore the file
from within RunFromIDL it won't allow us to do that.

But, even if I CD to the revolution directory and
restore the file myself, then type "revolutionIDL"
absolutely nothing happens.

I really don't know...
