If it's comforting at all, here in town we have coyotes entering
neighborhoods [long drought, for one thing] and the general advice to
the public is to "keep your pets indoors" but otherwise don't bother
them... that's a sign that coyotes are welcome to re-enter
civilization! :-) [just don't eat my pets]
