Jan,
The short answer is that the Wavelet Workbench software and documentation
is at: (anonymous ftp)
gateway.rsinc.com
But PLEASE start with my site:
http://www.amara.com/wwbdev/wwbdev.html
because I worked up an example and I have some explanations about Wavelet
Workbench (I'm curious, where did you hear about it?).
There is also a beta tester form (the beta test phase is nearing
completion) and a page of notes about downloading Wavelet Workbench from
the above WWW page too.
But you can skip it, and go directly to:
http://www.amara.com/wwbdev/wwbftp.txt
to get the dowloading instructions.
By the way, Wavelet Workbench is a small, free, (low-maintenance) library
of IDL wavelet routines (some 2D, but mostly 1D), and it looks like
Research Systems will keep it that way for the near future.
And if you're interested in other general wavelet information, I have a
page of a lot of wavelet material at:
http://www.amara.com/current/wavelet.html
