White background instead of black, when using TV to display images [message #64607]

I'm using the Window command to define a space, then the TV command to
display an image. I'm making the Window slightly bigger than the image
so i have space at the side of the image to add extra information.
However, the extra space has a black background, which isn't great
when it comes to printing out, or inserting in documents.

Does anyone have any suggestion about how i might force the the
background to be white?
