I don't know either, but I would start by investigating the
IDLgrPolyLine object.

Yes,

Maybe using iTools I could found the equivalence to ERRPLOT but I'm
using objet graphics and I don't see clear which is the equivalence
for that.

iPlot has error bar capabilities (look for "Adding Error Bars" in the
help)
