I have had similar problems trying to use PV-Wave EPS output in FrameMaker
documents. In the FrameMaker document all I see is a gray box rather than
the graphic. If I use Island Draw to convert the PV-Wave EPS file to their
EPS file, I can then see the graphic in the FrameMaker. The difference seems
to be related to the version of PostScript used by PV-Wave.
