Hi Russ,

it works for me - not in a browser, but by following the instructions
in the pdf file. As far as I can tell, that URL isn't meant to work in
a browser. You do need IDL 7.0 for it to be of any use to you, though.

Thanks for the link, Vince! Might bump into you in Hawaii next month
if you're going to ISMRM?
