Hello everyone, my project is going well and thanks to David Fanning I am
assured a job through the Fall! :) "Well the budget is looking better..."
Yea what ever...
To my next problem I have no problem defineing borders between tissues on an
image using the ROBERTS function. That was also thanks to this group, but
now they want me to set the border to a certain value, like between one
border a 1 and another possibly a 2, etc. I thought since the CONTOUR
function draws lines at certain levels it might be a possible solution to my
problem.
I have no code as of yet, but I believe I am going to use the ROBERTS
function combined with a WHERE function to assign these threshold numbers.
I am still confused on how to set the sensitivity since some things will be
unknowns, but a few of them will be known. I would just hope that I could
see the code on CONTOUR and work with it.
