i found some bugs with the idlffdxf object [message #66167]

rencently,when i do some works with the objects:IDLffDXF,I found some
bugs.I wanna report it to the ittvis.But i don't know how to connact
to the ittvis.Is there somebody who can tell me how to deal with is?
the bugs are:
1.when use the function GetEntity,the IDL_DXF_SPLINE entity can't be
interpret correct.
2.some dxf files can't be read .the wrong message was:"Error opening
file,F:\a.dxf,Attempt to add duplicate handle".The .dxf file was
convert from a .dwg file with the format AUTOCAD 2004 DXF or AUTOCAD
2000/LT2000 DXF,sometimes the 2004 DXF can be read correctly,but
sometimes the .dwg file need to be convert to 2000/LT2000 DXF format.
